This article further develops the Patterns & Positionality (P&P) framework, a model for understanding the multiple, often competing positions within individuals and groups. Integrating analytical psychology with interdisciplinary perspectives, it explores how power, affect, trauma, and identity operate as enduring forces within processes such as creativity and conflict.
